Individual listing pages, an agent-driven trust section, and a showing-request flow -- the deeper architecture the Pro tier is built for.
The problem
Real estate buyers want to browse properties and picture themselves in them before they ever call an agent – and agents lose hours answering the same basic questions about listings that could be answered on the page itself.
What this build does
- A featured-listings grid with individual property pages, structured the way a product catalog would be
- Agent bios and credibility signals placed where buyers actually look for them
- A showing-request flow, so a serious buyer can act without waiting for a callback
An honest scope note
A fully live, searchable MLS/IDX feed is a licensed data integration tied to a client’s broker agreement – it’s a real add-on scope, not something bundled silently into a base quote. This demo shows the curated, static-listing version that’s realistic within the Pro package; live IDX would be scoped separately.
